Wow we are getting big!
Benji is 28.02 pounds and 36 inches tall. He finally hit the 90th percentile. WE knew he would, it was just a matter of time.
Dr. Seethaler is concerned with Benji's development. I had made sure to bring a copy of the assessment from foundations. He did say that with TEIS/Foundations working with the delays and Genetics and Vanderbilt looking to see if they can find anything, there is little he can do. He did say that to keep in touch and let him know of progress. He also told me since it was February 8th when they did the blood work for the testing I should go ahead and call genetics.
So, once I got home and got everybody settled, I called... they just got the results in and they will have the Genetics Counselor call me... when she has time to go over the results and then speak with the doctor and then call. *sigh*
The interesting thing was Dr. Seethaler asked if they tested for Sotos Syndrome. This is what they think Micah has. To my knowledge they are not testing Benji for it. I told him with Benji they were thinking Fragile X.
So hopefully I will know something soon.
